Your booking page lets a contact pick a free slot in your calendar themselves, with no back-and-forth emails. It is set up in CRM › Emails and calendar, Booking page card.
Setting up your page
- Tick Let my contacts pick a free slot;
- give the page a title;
- choose the meeting duration, your time zone, the days offered and the time range (From / To);
- the minimum notice prevents bookings too close to now (in hours); the horizon limits booking to the coming days.
The public address of your page is shown once the page is enabled: share it in your signature or emails.
Slots offered
A slot is offered if it falls within your days and hours, after the minimum notice, within the horizon, and is free:
- of your CRM meetings;
- of the busy times in your Microsoft 365 or Google calendar, as soon as the calendar connector is configured (even if you do not push your CRM meetings to that calendar).
If your external calendar does not respond, the page shows no slot (rather than risk a double booking) and asks to try again later.
For the contact
The contact picks a slot, enters their name, email and, optionally, phone and a message, then books. An anti-robot check protects the page: without it, the page is not open. They receive an invitation by email, at the address they entered. To prevent abuse, the same address can book only 3 meetings per 24 hours, and your page 20 in total. The page shows your name, never your email.
If your account is disabled or no longer has a role in the CRM, the page is no longer available.
For the sales rep
The meeting is created in your calendar (the CRM, and Microsoft 365 or Google if you enabled it), linked to the contact if their address is known, and you are notified. It appears in My day and on the contact's page.
