Connect Nomination

The Nomination connector links the CRM to Nomination, a French database of verified companies and decision-makers. Once set up, the CRM offers:

• account enrichment (legal form, activity, headcount, address…), field by field, as with SIRENE;
• the company's decision-makers who are not yet in the CRM, created as contacts once you confirm;
• business signals (appointments, departures, funding rounds, relocations, hiring) in the account timeline;
• tracking of contacts that came from Nomination: a job change or a departure becomes an update proposal;
• prospect search by criteria (sector, size, region, function).

A Nomination subscription is required. Without an API key, none of this appears in the CRM. This screen is for administrators only.

Set up the connector

1. In the Vault, create a secret that holds the API key provided by Nomination.
2. Open Nomination connector (/connector/nomination).
3. Choose that secret in Vault secret holding the API key.
4. Set Calls per day (maximum) to match your subscription: every lookup counts as one call; once the cap is reached, the connector stops until the next day.
5. Save, then click Test connection.

The API address is pre-filled. It only accepts an HTTPS address on a nomination.fr domain, so the key is never sent anywhere else. If you change it, the chosen secret is cleared for safety; choose it again and save.

Good to know

• Nomination data only enters the CRM when a user accepts it. Each value keeps its source and date.
• A contact created from Nomination has no marketing consent: the recorded legal basis is B2B legitimate interest, with Nomination as the source. Collect their consent before sending them campaigns.
• The right to be forgotten also erases the link with Nomination.
